The filter core consists of a reinforced polyester fiber media bonded to an expanded metal support grid .Afterwards it is pleated to increase the Filtration surface area by 3 times that of the normal area. Due to which the filter achieves efficiency of 90% on 5 micron particles and has large airflow, low resistance, high dust holding capacity, reasonable price and low cost.
