Dust collector bag

The material of the dust collector bag is a cloth or felt woven from synthetic fibers, natural fibers or glass fibers. Sew the cloth or felt into a cylindrical or flat filter bag as needed. According to the nature of the flue gas, the filter material suitable for the application conditions is selected.

Usually, when the flue gas temperature is lower than 120°C and the filter material is required to have acid resistance and durability, polyester flannel and polyester needle-punched felt are often used; when dealing with high-temperature flue gas (<250°C), graphitization is mainly used. Glass cloth; in some special cases, choose carbon fiber, glass fiber, PPS, P84, DWD, PTFE, flumes, basalt filter material, etc. It is very important to control the speed of the flue gas passing through the filter material (called the filtration speed) during the operation of the bag filter. Generally, the filtration speed is 0.5-2m/min. For particles larger than 0.1μm, the efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the equipment resistance loss is about 980-I470Pa.

Dust bag is divided by temperature material

1. Room temperature cloth bag: The normal temperature cloth bag is mainly made of polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and other fibers through non-woven and textile technology, which has good air permeability, smooth surface, good dimensional stability, easy to peel off dust and other excellent properties. It is mainly used in the fields of dust removal and normal temperature flue gas treatment in general industrial enterprises with dust pollution;

2. Medium temperature cloth bag: With the increase of the country's emphasis on environmental protection, especially the rapid development of the bag dust removal technology industry in recent years, China has begun to use imported synthetic fibers to develop products that can adapt to harsher working conditions and be used for long periods of time. High-performance filter material with long life. The more common medium-temperature filter materials are aramid fiber and PPS series fiber through impregnation, waterproof, oil-proof, anti-corrosion process, so as to achieve the desired effect;

3. High temperature cloth bag: The high temperature cloth bag is mainly made of high temperature resistant fibers such as P84, expanded glass fiber and ultra-fine glass fiber through textile and non-woven processes. It has the characteristics of good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency and long service life. It is mainly used in dust collectors under various high temperature flue gas conditions; DWD high temperature cloth bags are used for parts with harsh working conditions, and polyester cloth bags are used for ordinary dust collection parts.
