1. Under the condition of rated air volume use, the filter should be replaced in 3 to 4 months.

2. When the resistance of the filter reaches 400 Pa or more, the filter must be replaced.

1. Before installation of all kinds of filters, it is not allowed to open the bags or packaging film; and store the filters according to the direction marked on the packaging box; in the process of handling, it should be taken and placed lightly to avoid violent vibration and collision.

2. For high-efficiency filter, the installation direction must be correct: when the combined filter with corrugated plate is installed vertically, the corrugated plate must be perpendicular to the ground; the connection between the filter and the frame in the vertical direction, leakage, deformation, breakage and leakage of glue are strictly prohibited, and the inner wall must be guaranteed to be clean and free of floating dust, oil, rust and debris after installation.

4. Before the installation of high-efficiency filters, the clean room must be fully cleaned, wiped clean, purified air conditioning system internal dust accumulation, should be cleaned again, wipe clean, to achieve clean requirements. 7. Cleanliness level equal to and higher than 100 clean room with high-efficiency filter, leak detection should be carried out before installation, and meet the requirements of the regulations.

8. When installing high-efficiency filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be consistent with the direction of airflow; when it is installed vertically, the direction of the filter paper crease should be perpendicular to the ground.

9. When installing coarse-effect flat or folded filters, the galvanized mesh surface should be in the direction of the back side of the air outlet. When installing bag filter, the length direction of the filter bag should be perpendicular to the ground, and the direction of the filter bag should not be installed parallel to the ground.

10. Under normal use conditions, flat and folded coarse or medium-effect filters, generally replaced once in 1 to 2 months, the filter media can be soaked and rinsed with clean water containing detergent after replacement, and then dried and replaced; generally after 1 to 2 times of rinsing, the filter must be replaced with a new one to ensure the filtration efficiency.

11. For bag type coarse effect orsynthetic fiber medium effectbagfilter, under normal use conditions, generally use 3 to 4 months that should be replaced with a new one.

12. For the sub-high efficiency filter, under normal use conditions, generally use 5 to 6 months, should also be replaced.

13. For the above filters, if there is a differential pressure meter or differential pressure sensor before and after the filter, the coarse efficiency filter must be replaced when the differential pressure value is greater than 250Pa; for the medium efficiency filter, the differential pressure is greater than 330Pa and must be replaced; for the sub-high efficiency filter, the differential pressure value is greater than 400Pa and must be replaced, and the original filter cannot be reused.
